The next in the series of the Talk Talk half-speed masters will be the band's third studio album The Colour Of Spring, which celebrates its 40th anniversary. Cut at half-speed by Matt Colton at Metropolis Studios, overseen by the band's drummer Lee Harris and Charlie Hollis, son of frontman Mark Hollis.The album shows the band's progression from their synth-pop roots of The Party's Over and It's My Life, more towards their improvisation-based work and provided the foundation of them producing their pioneering sound in their next album Spirit Of Eden.
