The story begins since Hiromi Uehara was 17 years old, still an amateur pianist. Chick Corea who had a chance to listen to her performance invited her to his concert, and suddenly asked her to play with him on the stage. Several years later, Hiromi signed to Telarc label and made a major recording debut. Chick was continuously keeping an eye on her career, and ten years from their first collaboration on the stage, they had a chance to share the stage of Tokyo Jazz Festival 2006. Their performances were highly acclaimed by audience and critics. And a year later, September 2007, Blue Note Tokyo opened three- day special concerts starring Chick and Hiromi, under the strong request from Chick Corea. Tickets were all sold out in a day, house fully packed with enthusiastic audiences, and great performances each night. From the opening tune, their breathtaking interaction sparkled. The music they created together was as a miracle, with touching moments continuously happening. With no doubt, this will be one of the legendary albums in jazz history\r

Released in Japan earlier this year, this International version is released in the UK ahead of Chick Corea's headlining appearance at the London Jazz Festival 2008, where he will appear as part of a world exclusive lineup featuring the legendary guitarist John McLaughlin.\r
